​SEDA-COG Joint Rail Authority (“JRA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified certified public accountants to audit the JRA’s financial records for the period January 1 to December 31, 2021

Interested auditors or firms should submit a proposal addressing all requirements identified in the RFP. A copy of the complete RFP document may be obtained from Executive Director, Jeffery K. Stover, at the JRA’s office, at 201 Furnace Road, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania 17837, (570)-524-4491, jstover@seda-cog.org and is available on the JRA’s internet website, at http://www.sedacograil.org/Pages/Home.aspx. Any questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Mr. Stover.

Proposals must be received in duplicate hard copy at the office of the JRA identified above and a PDF version emailed to jstover@seda-cog.org, by 3:00 p.m. on March 1, 2022.​
